Congratulations! Hanxing Energy Completes Delivery of Hefei Metalforming Energy Storage Project

  Frequent summer rains could never hinder Hanxing Energy’s commitment to timely delivery.Recently, the 2.1MW/4.861MWh energy storage project invested and built by Anhui Hanxing Energy Co., Ltd. for Hefei Metalforming Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has been successfully connected to the grid and put into operation.The project was completed and grid-connected in just over two months, showcasing Hanxing Energy’s consistently high construction efficiency and reliable delivery capacity.

 

Project Overview

 

The project ingeniously utilizes the idle land within the factory campus, deploying energy storage equipment tailored to local conditions without occupying any additional land.

 

During the planning phase, Hanxing Energy conducted in-depth research on the actual power load and production schedule of the plant, delivering a customized energy storage system solution for Hefei Metalforming Intelligent Manufacturing.

2.1MW/4.861MWh Energy Storage Station – Site No.1

 

With an energy storage scale of 2.1MW/4.861MWh, the project consists of 21 energy storage battery cabinets, 6 grid-connected cabinets and 3 power supply cabinets working in coordination. All generated power is directly supplied to the factory for production use, effectively cutting the enterprise’s electricity expenditure.

 

The system is designed for long-term stable operation with a service life of 20 years. Calculations show that after commissioning, the project achieves an annual power discharge of nearly 1.5 million kWh, with estimated annual revenue exceeding 1 million yuan. It delivers strong impetus for the enterprise to pursue green development, cost reduction, energy conservation and efficiency improvement.
